The state educational institution "Korsun-Shevchenkivskyi Vocational Lyceum" was founded in 1934 as the School of Tractor Foremen.
Currently, it is one of the most powerful and promising institutions of professional education in the region. The state educational institution "Korsun-Shevchenkivskyi Vocational Lyceum" ensures the acquisition of labor professions, which are relevant and in high demand in wartime and the period of reconstruction of the national economy of Ukraine:

The institution has: 
2 educational buildings (capacity 800 people each), 2 dining rooms (200 seats each), 2 assembly halls and 2 gyms (1 built separately), 2 dormitories, 2 libraries, 41 classrooms (including 18 classrooms of professional and theoretical direction), 2 computer classes, 9 laboratories, 6 training and production workshops. The classrooms have access to the Internet and are equipped with modern technology (8 interactive whiteboards, 4 projectors, 3-in-1 printers, 3-D printers, classroom cameras).
 Separate premises on the territory of the educational institution: a laboratory of cookery, a laboratory of confectionery, a tasting room for the profession of cook; confectioner; waiter, a locksmith's workshop, a car structure classroom for the training of motor vehicle drivers, sports grounds, a football field. 
Nearby (300 meters away) there is a training ground for the training of skilled workers in the profession of "Tractor driver of agricultural production; mechanic for the repair of agricultural machinery and equipment; driver of motor vehicles (category C):

We have 11 units of agricultural machinery, machinery and equipment used in crop production, 14 units of vehicles (including 5 trucks for training drivers), machines for land reclamation (located in the yard and special premises).
There is also a driving range (2.3 hectares) for training drivers of motor vehicles (equipped with all the necessary elements for performing exercises provided by the State Standard, the largest in Cherkasy region), a tractor range (1.8 hectares) for training skilled workers in the profession of tractor driver in agricultural production.
In accordance with the order of the Ministry of Education and Science dated 23.04.2020 No. 544, in March 2021, a training and practical center for the profession of "Electrician for the repair and maintenance of electrical equipment" was established on the basis of the institution.
At the initiative of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine and the Academic Council of the University of Education Management, the KSHPL became one of the institutions of Ukraine on the basis of which the innovative remote cluster "Electroimpulse" was created to conduct a regional-level experiment "Ensuring the quality of future electrical specialists in the training and practical centers of vocational (vocational-technical) education institutions.
